At the pre-university level, anthropology is currently being taught in the UK as part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, and as part of Social Anthropology Units from the Scottish Qualification Authority. In related social sciences, such as religious education, sociology and philosophy, many teachers embed anthropology into their curricula as anthropology has a unique ability to bring human biological and social aspects together, and  embed a global perspective on issues of identity and cross-cultural understanding. This section provides information, events, activities and resources for anthropology teachers, as well as teachers of related human sciences, and anthropology graduates who are thinking of pursuing a career in teaching.
